Atlas of Local Meat Producers in South East England



This 28-page full colour booklet is published by South East Food Group Partnership along with NFU in the South East www.nfuonline.com.  It has been supported by SEEDA and EBLEX - www.simplybeefandlamb.co.uk
 
The brochure lists local producers by county.  It provides an overview of the various sectors within livestock farming, seasonal recipes with full colour images, information on processing and the relationship between grassland and eating quality. Tips for shoppers on how to buy locally and the different logos to look out for appear on the inside back page (page 26).
